EDIT: Contacted the company through their website. They provided me with the replacement mount. Thank you!!Keeping 1 star because of the extra hassle trouble. Good customer service thoughNot even a year and the suction started coming off. I was driving on the highway and the camera suction suddenly came off and camera fell down (hanging on the wires alone). When it fell, it hit the multimedia screen in my car and the part which powers the whole unit broke. It has a ball-like thing inside which helps to adjust camera almost 360degrees. That ball just broke in half (see the picture) and I cant put it back. Even though the camera functions right, I can’t use it now. There goes my $250. Very poor quality material.
