Loved the slim shape and compact packaging from the get-go. The product arrived at my home in a timely manner and when I inboxes it, I couldn't be happier. After installing the product in my car (which took around 30 minutes to an hour), setting up the device after plugging it in took SECONDS. The user manual gives a very nice and easy to understand explanation to all of the features the product provides as well.
