Item is extremely small, and while the packaging sort of feels like a premium product, it isn't until you pull it out of the box and actually turn it on and hook it up to the computer to see how it feels and operates.It's cheap, and clunky. Can't believe this has such high reviews. A knock off Go Pro would be a better suited than this. There are a lot better dash cams for half this price.Pros: Packaging was nice and felt premiumCons: Clunky software Cheap plastic Expensive price Hardware kit is separate SD card is separate No mobile app
