The best one I've ever used. Period.Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2020
I've had so many cameras that I lost track. My previous one was a Junsun and it was great but it died immediately as soon as the car turned off.Decided to get a new dash camera, specifically one that saved files. I also got a Vantrue fuse adapter, so that's even more awesome. I'm super super happy with this dash cam so far.It has three cameras. First camera records to the front, second records to the rear, and third records the inside of the vehicle. The inside camera is great for ride-sharing drivers such as Uber and Lyft. The internal camera also has night vision LED lights, which will makes recording passengers much easier. It's also great for recording the sides of the car.The video quality is fantastic. I don't mean "okay". I don't mean "good". It's fantastic. There are multiple "quality settings" to choose from to get the best quality vs space usage on the SD card. In terms of storage, I got a 256 GB card because I plan on having it record in parking mode, so I want to be able to check the stored content after a night of being parked. However, I would get a smaller capacity card if only using it while driving. Additionally, I'm using highest resolution to get the best quality video. The rear camera quality is top notch. I can easily make out license plates on the rear camera. The cabin camera is top notch. The front camera is top notch. Really fantastic. The camera uses a super capacitor instead of a lipo battery, and it's long term, that's much better because lipo batteries will start to lose function over time and in extreme heat of the sun, or extreme cold. The main reason I got this camera is because I wanted to record the car's surrounding, and catch someone if the car was scratched or hit from the side. Front and rear cameras can't do that. This one, which points to the inside of the cabin, with the wide angle, can view the sides of the car.Inside the box, there is a well written manual with easy to follow instructions, but to be honest, I didn't read them too much, since everything is pretty self-explanatory. That said, the instructions and pictures are intuitive and easy to follow. The camera came with a 12V charger, camera, rear camera and cable, usb cable, and window mount. The top of the camera has three large buttons for menu navigation. The side has a microSD card slot, an input for the rear camera USB-C port (also doubles as a way to get videos off the microSD card), a reset button and HD out.The inside-facing camera can be rotated up and down to get better angles of the cabin.Rear-camera mount also rotates up and down to get a better angle of the outside. The rear camera comes with a long cable. I had no problem at all going from the rear of my car to the front. The mount has a really nice turning feature to apply the suction cup to the window.Overall, it was super easy to set up and get it going. Menu system is very intuitive. Also, I got a vantrue fuse splitted to power the camera 24/7. I set up motion capture. Now, when anything moves in front of the camera or the car is bumped, it will record that for me to review later.
